"Weather was beautiful but very hot there was a heatwave when we were there , first time visiting Zadar and was not disappointed, hotel was just fabulous and the staff went above and beyond with any request , sun beds around the pool was so comfortable and the swimming pools just fantastic , had dinner in the Fenix restaurant and the food was amazing and would highly recommend, we will definitely be back to the Hyatt zadar and can’t wait "

We visited the hotel the day before to ask about transportation to the hotel from Šibenik. He researched it and sent us an email with good information. Every day that we were there, he greeted us warmly and wished us well and was always available for help and answers as we were first time visitors to the city. Everyone in the hotel, including the staff in the Restaurant was exceptional."
