Property needs major renovation. Roaches present. Needs painting. Curtains shredded. TV outdated from 70's.. 2 towels with live roaches in them. No washcloths provided. Carpeting stained and filthy. Bedspread and sheets stained and appear unclean. Door has broken security lock. Toilet failed to flush completely.

Morning staff was rude but the evening staff was excellent, when asking about extra towels they stated they didnt have any available and also the first room they tried to give the room had not been cleaned at all but the evening staff was nice enough to accommodate us and provide discount!

I use to enjoy stay at trade winds but i will not ever stay there again they didnt have wifi because it doesn't reach the north side the carpet was so dirty in about 30 min bottom of my feet where pitch black theconter and bath was bad dirty and i dont even want to get started on the roachs

Absolutely disgusting, floors were so stained with horrible pet smell, ROACHES in the bathroom, on the walls, on the curtains, beds were stained, dogs barking loudly next door, bathtub full of hair, sink and bathtub had leak and dripped all night, air conditioner bugs all over it, it was broken all around, it was so loud bc it needs cleaned and new motor. This was absolutely horrible and will NEVER stay there again. I would really like my money back, that was my last $60 and i wanted a a place to lay my head for the night.

The check in lady just kept on ignoring me and went about her business chit chatting with another lady. The rooms were falling apart. Cigarette burns on the bedding and carpet. The bed broken and roaches were crawling all over the room and on me while i tried to sleep. People were just hanging outside my room all night disturbing me. What a bad experience and a waste of money.
