HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. We had no issues last time when our room was in a higher floor. This time we were assigned to Room 334. Everything was good except for the bathroom. It had a nasty urine smell (like it was properly cleaned after the last use); we opened the window in the room as much as we could; didn’t help. We asked the front desk to have the maid thoroughly clean it the next day. Came back at night and still had that dry urine smell. I asked them to clean again the next morning and to also replace all towels and shower curtain. That helped! Then in the middle of the night around 11pm, there was a strong sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom. Even closing the door didn’t help. But since we had an early flight and had to leave at 4:30am, we didn’t want to deal with it

The room was fantastic, especially the bed and pillows. Reception was fine, but it was a surprise that credit cards were reluctantly accepted. Otherwise a very good stay.

The front desk was not timely in responses on the texting about the shuttle. I was already at the airport when they responded. The front door is not automatic and we had to hold it open with our bags and suitcases, not a welcoming first experience. Rooms need updating and bathroom has obvious paint chips, scuffs and marks. Shuttle driver was great.
