- Planning for a 6th guest? We have sheets ready on the sofa bed.
- While we may consider a 7th guest, please note that it might be a bit cozy.
- Ensure you book the exact guest count for necessary permits.
- Unauthorized guests may result in a $50 per head per night fee.

Bathroom Guidelines:
- Unfortunately, we don't provide bathtub plugs.
- Towel Policy: We provide a thoughtful 1:1 ratio per booked guest.
- Please only flush toilet paper and human waste. Bins are conveniently placed for other items.

No Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside including balcony.
- We have a designated smoking area outside.
- Any violation incurs a C$1,000 fine plus cleaning costs and penalties from building management.

Need a Pack & Play? Feel free to let us know in advance.
Footwear: For a comfortable and clean space, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing shoes inside.
Quiet Hours: Let's all enjoy peaceful nights from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Self check-in: The building code and front door code are provided on te day of your check-in.

We had a nice time with our stay. The rooms are properly kept neat & orderly. The extra towels, shampoos etc. are greatly appreciated. The free tea bags & coffees are a plus. The room for improvement is -1. For the plastic plants to go away - it only block the awesome view outside. 2. Fixing the blinds or better - change all of them. 3. We had a little bit of challenge with the check-in process. 4. Renovating the floors will a better solution.Overall - me & my family enjoyed our stay very much so. We will be recommending your place to our family & friends. All the best. Cheers!

This property was listed as a three bedroom. It is two bedrooms and a closet for all intents and purposes. Dishes were dirty, floors were dirty, the whole place was dirty. The main shower leaked into the other bathroom as it is an illegal wall made of what looks like cardboard. Not at all worth the money and I will be looking to get a refund.

Our stay was a bit problematic. Our check in instructions arrived early but after a 10 hr travel day we arrived at the building to be told our instructions were incorrect & we had to contact the host. It was almost 9pm but luckily the host did answer my call. After a very confusing conversation another code was given that wasn’t on the original message & we were able to get into the building. Once inside we found out one of the bedrooms had only a twin sized bed when it was supposed to have a queen. I checked my reservation & did see 3 queen beds listed. When I called I was told that I was incorrect & sent a screen shot of the listing that was different than mine.i went back into the app to find the info had been changed. I confronted the person with the screen shots that I had with the original listing & then the updated info. They apologized & offered a discount. Unfortunately we had 3 couples traveling & one couple had to split up & take the twin & the very uncomfortable futon in the living room. Since we were there only one night we made the best of it. Beds were very uncomfortable but the property was clean. Not a great first night of vacation.

Very nice place in fabulous location

Overall very nice place and we'd totally return and stay there again! Rooms are small, but fit our family of six comfortably. Large Asian supermarket downstairs very convenient. Walkable to downtown and Stanley Park. Owners very responsive to inquiries. There is traffic noise throughout the night and the shades are not very dark for the summer months.
