This house has a 2-4 person barrel sauna, 5 seater 88 jet hot tub, fireplace, stone fire pit on a separate patio, gas grill, Ninja Espresso Machine and Drip Coffee Maker with a hands-free frother, for Cappuccinos and Lattes, Dairy or Non-Dairy. Keurig coffee, 12 cup coffee maker, 5 flat screen smart TV's, with dvd players (over 220 movies included), washer/dryer, pool table, ping pong, foosball, light up air hockey, games, toys, microwave, dishwasher, seasonal mountain views, gazebo, Koi gold fish pond, wrap-around deck, stream on secluded 5 1/2 acres. Near by - 17 miles from Hunter and Windham Mountains and 18 miles to Belleayre . Enjoy Breweries, Restaurants, boating, swimming, tubing (water & snow), hiking, pool, golfing, ice skating, fishing, water park, snowmobiling, etc.

We had a great time at the Catskill Mountain Getaway! The house fit my family of 6 perfectly. The property is somewhat secluded with few houses in the area. My dogs were welcomed and it had a gated deck so they could be outside without a leash. The sauna and hottub were great for after a day at the mountain. There are 3 mountains in the area all about 25-30 minutes away. The basement was set up to have fun. Lots of table games and a washer and drier. Getting in touch with Rick was easy and he called me ahead of our trip to go over things briefly. Phone service was very bad in the area and we relied on wifi. Go over your directions before your trip because you may lose service when you start getting close. Also keep in mind the closest thing to eat was 25 minutes away. One supermarket we found was 30 minutes away so pack accordingly. We would definitely recommend this property.

This is officially our favorite house we’ve rented with Vrbo-definitely the best equip kitchen of all time. Rick was super nice guiding us through the check-in process and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the grounds. Such a beautiful time to be in New York in the ski area and just such a restful quaint experience for our family. The house was so well equipped and comfortable that we just enjoyed hanging out and enjoying Thanksgiving and the beautiful views. I can’t say enough wonderful things – thank you so much for loaning us your house for Thanksgiving! We would definitely love to come back again!

Everything was perfect! Hot tub and sauna were awesome. Enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Any questions I had were addressed immediately by our host. The fireplace was so cozy while we watched TV or played games. I loved it here and hope to come back again in the spring.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful family stay at this beautiful, well-located cottage. The property was fully equipped for a comfortable and fun retreat, and the surroundings added to the relaxing vibe. Rain or shine, a perfect home!

We had a lovely time in the Catskills, exploring and hiking, and hanging at the house! The house is very, very comfy, and on clear nights we took advantage of the perfectly clean hot tub and the fire pit. When it rained, we had a great time in the basement playing pool and ping,- pong. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and nights were quiet and peaceful for sleeping in the very comfortable bed. Rick was a great host, always available for questions, warm and friendly!

Most relaxing, the property well situated amongst trees and woods. Plenty of clearing to enjoy the grounds for playing around. Our pitbull absolutely enjoyed the wandering and wooded areas. Local neighbors were very friendly. Many deer on the property every evening they would be out just after dark. Lots of games to keep you busy, WiFi worked great. The cabin was perfect, just bring your food and snacks. Everything else is there.

Enjoyed the grounds, newly renovated kitchen. Family took turns feeding the Koi and counting the frogs in the pond. Also saw gaggles of wild turkeys, deer and fox.

Excellent end of summer trip !

Great property for families ! The game room got a ton of use and the loft beds were a big hit ! Having a loft in each bedroom upstairs was helpful ! Property is gorgeous and the kids had a ton of fun exploring!
