Everything was perfect! Beautiful home away from home. One of the best places we have stayed. Clean, well equipped with everything you could ever need and more. The location was even better than we expected it to be. The hot tub and pizza oven were great to use! We hope to be back in the future :)

A Windham Wedding

The ideal set up for a wonderful weekend with dear friends - all attending a wedding on the mountain! Perfectly located by all the activities yet away and private too. Sun came out to let us enjoy the beautiful outdoors all from your huge deck!

A Fantastic Week

What a fun week! The house has loads of fun games and is on a golf course. It’s quiet and clean. Be sure to make pizza in the outdoor pizza oven, it was delicious!! We contacted High Ridge Club to arrange pickleball clinics with a pro and all went home with tips for playing. Communication with the house’s owner was fast and professional. My family and I all decided that we want to come back to this house again!!

Wedding Weekend

The property listing was spot on. It was spacious, comfortable, very well kept, and a great location. Adrine gave us detailed instructions and helpful tips before we checked in. He reached out us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and provided a list of things going on in the area during the 4th of July week. We hope to return soon!

Much deserved family getaway

This home was PERFECT for our group. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The bathrooms were so great it was hard to choose the one. The basement is very big and full of fun games. They had a comfy yard with open views of the mountains and a large hot tub. Great location in the Catskills. Thank you Adrian and Alexandra. You are fantastic hosts.

Wonderful Windham Stay

We loved our winter season at Adrian and Alexandra's beautiful home! The kitchen was a wonderful place to gather with our friends. Our children loved the basement with all the games and activities and the hot tub and fire pit areas were used frequently! Adrian and Alexandra were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay and we would wholeheartedly recommend their home to anyone who is going to be visiting Windham.

Turnkey Property for Families

My family just completed our stay and had a wonderful time. The property was exactly as listed and couldn’t have been more convenient to Windham Mountain Club. The technology is up to date (TVs, WiFi, Kitchen and Appliances), the house is extremely clean and the activities for the kids are plentiful. We were especially happy with the bathrooms (water temp, pressure, products and cleanliness) and the hot tub which was clean and at temp when we arrived. Really happy with this property and ownership who were very communicative.

Even better than expected

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Adrian’s beautiful home. This is an annual trip and we have stayed at many rental homes over the years. This one in particular exceeded our expectations. The house was as beautifully pictured. Very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with all the items you could possibly need. Adrian was very accommodating before our arrival and easily accessible when we needed to problem solve and issue with the fridge. The home was conveniently located and you can tell this rental was very well thought out, from the rooms, common areas, basement and outdoor areas. The house was spacious and their attention to detail was appreciated by all of our guests.

Perfect fall weekend

The property is gorgeous inside and out! There are beautiful mountain views from the windows and the inside of the house is lovely. Every detail you can think of and many that are so unique (the game room and hot tub for example!). The house is comfortable and modern with amenities galore (a built in expresso machine for example). We hiked, went to a winery and enjoyed the fires inside and outside of the house. I highly recommend this property!

Great house in a great location!

This house is newly renovated and it’s beautiful. It’s also right on the golf course which is very cool. The rooms are all good sized and the living/dining area was nice and big. The grounds were nice and we loved the fire pit.

Newly renovated and nicely appointed

This property is spectactular. It is on the Windham golf course near Batavia Kill and a stones throw from the main avenue where all the shopping and restaurants are located. The property is quiet and has a wonderful view of the Catskills. The house looks brand new. Applainces are top end. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of this home and the hospitality of the townspeople. Do not hesitate to book this home nor stay in the town of Windham!

Spectacular House

This house was beautiful! Our family stayed for two nights and it was wonderful. The property was conveniently located right near the skiing mountain and was better than described! The home is renovated and is super clean. It was perfect for our family. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone! Great experience!

Gorgeous New Home

What a lovely and cozy brand new home for a ski weekend with 2 families. The kids had a blast in the basement with all the games, tv, and space to run and play. The parents loved hanging around the stunning kitchen island, sitting in the hot tub, and lounging in front of the fireplace. The location couldn't have been better -- so close to the mountain and anything else we needed. This house would be great for all seasons. Everything was clean, fresh, and a well stocked kitchen with lots of basics made it even easier. When a question or issue arose, the owner was very responsive and did all he could to help. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.
