We being seniors requested for a ground flooor room and if possible two beds, that was rejected by front desk, they said I have to call the Expedia/ Hotels.com; and they can only change. We were driving for 9 hrs and we were tired. Many rooms were in occupied for sure, but my request not honored. We had to carry all luggage to first floor, Mo elevator also. That was disappointing.

I ask for a n accessible room. I use a walker. I do not do steps. They state they had us on the second floor without an elevator in the motel. After much discussion they finally had a room on the first floor but t It was an hearing impaired room. I have ambulating impairment. Also I need a shower chair so I can bathe which they did not have. I won’t go on but those were the 2 major problems. Pretty disappointing

We had a problem with our reservation. The desk staff was very nice and really worked to fix our reservation. The reservation was through a third party booking company and no fault of the hotel. Our room was clean. The hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was good and had the items that we wanted.

Service was excellent at check-in. Morning for breakfast on Sunday was pretty bad no water no juice no milk egg will not cook properly. Sausage was burnt. Potatoes were burnt. There’s not very many options but room was clean and stay was good.

Overall Good place to stay

The check in process was extraordinaryly slow. The customer who spent 20 minutes+ checking in might have found it exceptional service- two of us next in line, not so much. Breakfast was not well stocked with hot food. Hallways/stairwell were not clean but I was very happy to find the room spotless, which is critically more important!!!

We were too tired to make it to Amarillo on long drive and decided to stop in Boise City. Found this hotel on Expedia for reasonable rate. When I called the reservation number it was almost twice the price, so went back to Expedia and Booked it. Was pleasantly surprised. Staff was nice and had no issues. Everything you need for overnight stay at good price, at least on Expedia.
