Nice location, nice to have 3 beds and a separate bedroom. Fireplace and right kitchen amenities. Very noisy until 1:30 am due to neighbors. A bag of compost was left sitting in the entry to the unit. The shower soap bottle was broken off the wall. The unit was very, very warm, especially in the loft. The beds were decent and the shower temperature was good.

The resort staff were extremely friendly and helpful and our loft chalet was bright and comfortable. Nice amenities too, hot tub was particularly welcome after a day on the slopes

Everything is perfect: location, apartment, hot pools, guest service. Just two small issues: changing room for hot pools is too small, as well as lockers there. Secondly, it would be nice to have some lights at the barbeque places.

The staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. I locked us out of our truck and the young guy shovelling snow was very helpful in getting us back in getting the tools we needed. The room was clean and very cozy. The outdoor hot tub was comfortable and welcoming. The only criticism is the bathroom floor is very cold on bare feet, but if that’s the only complaint I consider that an excellent stay. If I come back to Banff we will definitely book their again.

Second stay at Hidden Ridge in the newer premier chalets. Absolutely exceptional. Cozy spacious mountain chalet and the grounds are a little winter wonderland. Perfect secluded location yet only a few minutes drive from downtown. Friendly staff who accommodated a request made at the time of booking which was greatly appreciated. Our stay was magical. ❄️
