Could do better
Loft suites could do with updating, more comfortable sofa, drawers and mirrors in the bedroom. Had a pursuit rewards card with discounts for Albertans but hotel would not allow us to use it as we hadn’t booked direct with them. The restaurant Farm & Fire was really good for food but unlike other hotels you could only have drinks in the restaurant and not in the more comfortable bar seating/ sofas due to staff issues??!! We were there for 2 nights and had specifically picked this hotel for its bar and restaurant facilities. Another minor point but worth noting no bottle of water in room had to pay $3 for one from vending machine.
