Place was clean and stuff customer service was good. Only one thing was issue property had some renovation . And renovation workers started work early morning awake us . Other than that our experience was great.

Would be nicer notified construction. Swimming pool were cold and dirty. Room had dust and hairs on the bed. Sofa bed were so dirty and stinks

Love the wood-burning fireplace in the condos.
This has always been my #1 place to stay in Banff for over a decade. I choose the studio condo: wood-burning fireplace, balcony, full kitchen, 2 TVs, lots of room, indoor pool and clean. On Christmas morning, there was a stocking on my door with a book on the Rocky Mountains, Hot Chocolate Bomb, Candy... so sweet.
