Heat, roaches, phone... no thanks
Like sleeping in an oven ! Guy at front desk said November so the cold air was Not functioning. But it was over 80F or 27C in the room. Had to sleep with small window open, so all kinds of noise all night long. Finally when got to sleep at 3am... wife screams because big cockroach popped out. Ohh and random phone calls coming into room took any chance of sleep away. Horrible hotel stay.

Despite being a VIP property, I received nothing. The initial room given was horrible with a broken safe and broken closet door. They moved me to another room. This one had clearly been redecorated whereas the first one had not. The wifi signal was impossible to get in the room. Despite explaining this to the hotel, the technician insisted the signal was strong in the hall. Sure, in the hall, not in the room. The air conditioning in the hotel had been converted to heat for the season and there was no way to convert it back despite the heat wave that hit Barcelona. They refused even to offer me a slightly later check out of an hour even though I had been inconvenienced many times throughout my stay.

Hotel location good , only lobby looks 4 star , rooms are old , bathtub old and too high to get to shower, after check in rooms on first floor , 6 rooms on same floor has no light in bathroom , waited 1/2 hour get back the table light , hot water boiler looks dirty inside and not working . Hotel location are central , beautiful square and walkable to mall and many side street small restaurants etc .
