I’ll start my review on a positive note. Pros: Staff is super friendly, I felt safe my entire stay, my room was the palmilla it was clean, nice size, and the views of the pool and ocean were amazing. Cons: The food options are TERRIBLE!! The buffet was garbage the only positive of that is the omelette station for breakfast. During the day your options is really only the pool bar. Which is pizza, hotdog, hamburger, cold nasty nachos. Very disappointing. For dinner only options are Buffett, Italian, Mexican, Oriental. I was looking forward to the food at “The Grill” as the menu had BBQ Chicken, Ribs. But they were closed the entire stay. Hotel is not worth the extra money you pay for Inclusive. The drink options I’ll give 5/10. Also the property next door had ALOT of trash on their ground. It was disgusting to see. My family ate off the resort everyday. It was quite expensive but worth it in the end. I only recommend this resort if you are on a tight budget or you are planning to eat off the resort everyday. Also due to the cheap drinks I HIGHLY recommend buying a bottle of alcohol Duty Free On your way into Mexico. Don’t plan on staying here again.

There was some updates and some older parts to the resort. It was nice for the price. Staff was super nice, helpful and accommodating. Guests we interacted with were fantastic. Overall good relaxing vibe.

Dining: only 2 dining options available per night which was not advertised (there were more restaurants than 2). Dietary options were not clearly marked on the menus or at the buffet. And the staff were not educated on dietary restrictions or requirements. Food was poor quality and we ended up eating offsite a couple of times because we couldn’t take it anymore. The restaurant menus were not a reflection of what you received and several occasions the food either arrived cold or had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. My boyfriend had ordered eggs Benedict and the sauce was like gum on the top. WiFi: We had no Wi-Fi access in our room. When we asked for help at the concierge, they just told us that the WiFi wasn’t that strong and a lot of people play video games and that’s why we didn’t have WiFi. What?!!! Amenities: The hot tub was cracked and dirty in our room. Since we had no WiFi, we could not use the TV in our room. The room phone was broken and we couldn’t call the concierge for room service. Every time we needed something, we had to walk to the lobby (because the WiFi wouldn’t work!). We asked for more bottled water and they would not give it to us and said we had to wait for our room to be cleaned. Adult pool: hot tub was not hot, and was disgusting!! Very dirty. Overall, this place was probably very nice at one time but has really gone by downhill. It was a very disappointing experience and I would recommend that you avoid this resort.
