The staff was really accommodating and friendly. They had great meal options especiallythe breakfastselections. However, the check-in process was extremely long and you had to go to the front desk to do everything. Also we went to dinner one night at Maxal restaurant and there were 4 power outages while we were there eating. The pool area is nice but extremely busy and sometimes they had no towels available. You have to get up super early to try to get a seat and even then there's no guarantee as someone may move your towel. There were also a lot of families so if you are looking for a more quiet setting keep this in mind. Overall we had a good time.

We stayed in Hilton Cancun all-inclusive resort in early April 2024. It is definitely not a 5 star resort as it advertises and too overpriced given their terrible services. We didn’t have good experience there and the services were terrible, don’t recommend to stay there unless you want to pay 5 star price for 2 star service. 1. The room we booked and paid for was not available when we checked in. We had to stay in a room we didn’t like as they said it was the only room available. 2. The lady helped us check in initially gave us a room with 1 queen bed but we booked the room with 2 queen beds; she didn’t tell us and we found out by ourselves after walking to the room for 15 mins then had to walk back to the front desk with all the luggages. Very frustrating and disappointing experience as the front desk staff should’ve ensured they assigned the right room to the guests and informed guests if the room they booked was not available rather than having the guests find out by themselves. 4. The event times on the screens in the lobby were all wrong for the entire week! It showed the events start at 9pm daily when they actually started at 7:30pm! We thought it was cancelled then later realized the screens displayed incorrect info. 5. The balcony door in our room could not be opened and we had to call their maintenance to fix it multiple times during our stay. Overall terrible service and communication. Hilton needs to improve their training, communication, and coordination.

Staff Facility and cleanliness were amazing. Everyone was so kind and worked very hard. Only downfall is that it secluded, in a jungle, beach yucky looking. We left there with Fever and Diarrhea which was either from the ocean water. Or the nasty hamburger we ate by the pool. Otherwise a great experience.

When I was making the reservation I called and asked if they had a shuttle to the airport, I was told yes so that was why I booked here to find out from the front desk when I checked in they do not have a shuttle to the airport. I would have booked closer to the airport or the same hotel I normally stay at every year because they have a shuttle. Next year I will stay closer to the airport. Beautiful hotel but I only needed it for 1 night.
