Our family LOVED this hotel! We went with our 3 kids ages 2 , 4 and 6 years old and we had the best time ever! The hotel is clean, and the staff is super friendly. The best part is how kids friendly this hotel is. They have a water park at the pool, the trampoline area indoors and the best kids club ever! My kids were begging to go back - they got to make their own pizza (and eat it!), scavenger hunts, arts and crafts, riding a mechanical bull, and more. They were in heaven! They also have a baby club (also included) for kids under 4, but I did not leave my 2 year old there because he wanted to hang out with his older siblings or with us. But it looked clean and I saw a lot of smaller kids there too. We also did yoga as a family in the morning as the sun was coming up and they had a traditional Mayan healing ceremony with three people dressed in traditional Mayan ceremonial clothing with Copal incense burning. It was an incredible experience, really magical. The only thing that I wish was better was staff levels at restaurants and at the bar. They didn't have enough waiters (so often we had to go up to the bar and stand in line for a drink), and sometimes we had to wait quite a lot for food at the sit-down restaurants, but at least the food and the drinks were good! We really loved their cafe too - great coffee, amazing gelato and a lot of fresh fruit and snacks for the kids any time of the day. Truly an amazing resort, we can't wait to go back!
