we enjoyed our stay at Barcelo Palace in December 2023. The staff was wery nice, our room was clean and spacious, food options were good , too. A la cart Restaurants are much better in the Palace than other Barcelo hotels complex. Staff is amazing.

Beautiful resort and staff were great. Only issue we had was with the food. Restaurants were terrible, poor quality food. Buffets were so so. We will not return to this resort. Resort 5/5 food 2/5.
