The lobby smells STRONGLY like old cologne and it sticks to your hair and clothing. I’m allergic to perfumes and cologne so I wasn’t able to tolerate the smell. It was so strong that I couldn’t even stand outside near the door.

The shower drains were clogged.. water accumulating around ur feet when showering. sofa dirty and worn. iron cart broken hard to fold back. housekeeping staff dont understand you.. dnt speak any english. had to find someone who does.

Very disappointed in that we chose this place since they said the provide shuttle service. However they only put your name on the list when you check-in. They would not put our names down for the shuttle months ago when I booked and paid for the room. So we check in and they say the shuttle is full and they won't put another one on to accommodate us. Very misleading.

Website states that there are shuttles to and from the airport. But because our flight was delayed we didn’t land until 11 so we had to pay for a $50 taxi to get to the location. The site also states saying that there was a shuttle to the cruise terminal But what it didn’t say was that it was first come first serve and again or flight was delayed so there were no openings available. If we would have known this we would have booked another hotel. Staff acted as if they didn’t even care.
