Hours to check in via 1 check in staff. I was told a person quit and another never showed up. I get it, but from a business standpoint, refunds should have been issued for those that wanted that option because there was no way to check in all those people by 3 pm and still be there a full day to check out in the morning.

At first we thought it would be a bad experience after we saw the reviews, however that was not true, they def have a bunch of work that needs to be done but the experience was great. I'd def stay again, WELL WORTH THE COST

When we got here many people were complaining about being given dirty rooms. Our room smelled highly of mold, the bathroom was not cleaned, and the door to enter the room was unsafe. It looks like it had been broken into a few times before and could easily be done again.
