Our first room had water pouring from the ceiling of the bathroom. Slightly frustrating after a late arrival, however, the staff handled it well and immediately had a different room to live into. They were very friendly and accommodating so there is nothing negative to say about that. The problem is the size and comfort level of the double size beds in the rooms. As a family of five, we selected the two double bed suite with couch for additional sleeper. The double beds are so bad. Two bad nights sleep makes it hard to enjoy the trip. The rooms are plenty large enough l to accommodate a typical sized hotel bed. These are smaller than any other hotel ever. Sadness and sorrow

Not bad for the price. Staff were all polite and friendly. Room was sufficient. Sofa bed not the most comfortable. Water pressure in shower could use some serious help. Breakfast ok. Pancakes room temperature, sausage cold . A case of you get what you pay for
