We had a blast!!!!!!!! Love the hot tubs, if I could make one suggestion. To put tarps or something over the hot tubs, so incase it’s sprinkling out you can still sit in the hot tub.

Overall it was a good stay. A/C unit in the room started vibrating when the compressor kicked on during the last night. No ice machines on our floor but ice bucket was in the room. Layout of the hotel is a little weird. Can be confusing trying to locate your room from the elevator Its not sectioned off well.

Our only issues were with the poor pillow quality and when our room was cleaned, the towels, coffee cups, and coffee pods were not replaces. However, when I called housekeeping, those items were replenished. I did not ask for the pillows to be replaced because I thought that was not a possibility.

We have been coming here for years and recommended the property for a budget stay. The food at the Applebee's is great and the staff was very friendly. The pool is always a plus and the shuttle service is a big plus too. The only complaints were the noise, we stayed by a stairwell door that slammed everytime that someone went through it, thus waking us up and the cable channels didnt get signal so we couldnt enjoy tv while there. Shuttle to Disney Springs is limited on times, maybe make it earlier so people can have breakfast. Overall recommend!
