Our experience was great. The food was delicious and the pool and spa was warm and clean. Carolina at the front desk was a jewel and an exceptional worker.

We had terrible experience staying the the hotel. I have listed all the difficulties we faced unhygienic condition which is alarming. 1. We found a cockroach in the room. My daughter was tramatised and feared sleeping. We ended up killing the large cockroach and disposed it as my daughter is entomophobic. Unfortunately I did not take pictures or video of the same or store the cockroach for evidence. When i reported the issue next morning, hotel wanted to see the evidence !
