Dirty bed and remote
The hotel lobby and restaurants looked so nice I was so excited to be staying here. We dropped our bags off in room and didn't inspect it upon arrival. When it was time to get in bed we noticed something weird/gross looking in the one bed and a ton of dog hairs I'm assuming since it's pet friendly. And also the remote was really dirty. I'm not sure what all is cleaned and turned over. They wanted to switch our room but at that point it was late and I was traveling with a child. I would probably stay again but will definitely check the bed before.
