There is a beautiful cat that seems to live in or around the hotel. Very friendly and affectionate. Made my trip even better

We stayed here two days before a cruise out of Ft Lauderdale. The property is old but has been painted. Room was clean. Bed was hard but was fine for two nights. No frills at all. The room has tile floors and our feet were filthy after walking on it with socks. Apparently the floors aren’t mopped regularly. Bathroom was very clean, but again the fixtures are old but with fresh paint. Very small refrigerator and microwave - both worked well. AC was good and cold. Pool was sparkling clean. Very quiet. Very close to Disney Springs area. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than a few nights at the most because of the lack of conveniences of a nicer hotel. But for the money and what we needed it was great.

Clean rooms with amenities like coffee maker and microwave Swimming pool was clean and accessible, although we didn't use it. Staff friendly and polite. Central location to theme parks and shopping (car is preferred). I would stay there again next time we're in Orlando.
