All staff was friendly and welcoming, check in and check out was quick and easy. It was easy to get into all of the restaurants and food was good for an all inclusive. Didnt care for the glass doors to the restrooms and shower in our room but loved the cozy robes. Room was dated and closet door didnt open easily but we felt comfortable and the bed, pillows and linens were nice. The pools and beach were clean and lots of activities at the resort for all ages. As with all resorts, too many people go out early and snag all the good pool seats and umbrellas and stay gone all day, that is frustrating and needs to be addressed. There is a policy the resort will watch for those gone more than an hour but not enforced. We would definitely go back!

Reservation was for Jewel jewel transferred to Sunscape. Coco went to Sunscape Coco and Jewel never transfer. The reservation was in the lobby for three hours to get a room. Sunscape still do not receive a reservation transfer from Joel purchased Oceanview room and club level and never received. Service was terrible. Never received VIP service. Pool was very unclean and tile was chipping apart as you swim. Staff was unfriendly very very unclean. Roof was leaking. Water came through room saturated mattress. Total disgrace will not recommend anyone on sanitary poor condition. Total refund should be required.

We did not say at the jewel palm beach they transferred us to sunscape coco, the worst resort I’ve ever been to, never got our up graded room, no hot water for 3 days, the vip is a joke!!!

Wedding Anniversary/Couple Retreat
Beaitiful Resort with lots of daily activities to partake in. Professional, helpful and friendly staff. The bathroom tiles were ugly and the ponds with fountains need updating with Marine life . Sargassum were removed on a daily basis unlike the othef resorts around it. I will give Jewel 9 over 10.

We were so pleased with Jewel Palm Beach. The beauty and cleanliness of the resort were outstanding. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The restaurants offer very good food with a nice variety of cuisine. Our room was quite nice. The property is well-maintained and we felt well-cared for and very safe. We will definitely hope to return!

Horrible! They moved us to another hotel that was horrible. Hours to check, 5 out of 10 days no water in the hotel, 2 days no electricity, no drinks in minibar even when asked to refill, 2 restaurants were buffet, 4 needed a reservation by buying a $50 bottle of wine, no pool or beach food or drink service, no lights in hallways that were pitch black at night, no towels for pool and beach. Not sanitary wait staff and bar staff would like their fingers, blow their nose and wipe the sweat and then hand you the silverware, a drink or food. The halls were a mess with dirt and debris. The room we stayed in had loose wires hanging from a hole where the light fixture should be. The shower flooded the room and the separate tub and dirt in it when we arrive and was still there when we left. They cleaned the room twice in 10 days. Management said so what whenever I informed them of no water or electricity. My sister fell and tore ligaments in her knee and ankle due to no lights on the stairs and they did nothing.
