The staff was exceptionally good. Our room was very clean and our maid was wonderful. Very comfortable beds and bedding was great!! Fairly quiet room. Our room amenities were not replenished. No coffee or coffee cups or water glasses replenished, no water bottles or shower things replaced. There were two of us using shampoo and conditioner and we ran out as the quantities were quite small. Nice product though. Only enough coffee for one day and we were there for the weekend. This is the reason for the four star rating. Excellent staff!!!
