Excellent customer service, had Roku TV, right next door to Tim Hortons, easy access to malls and services. Plug in for block heater. Walls are thin-could almost hear their conversations and their tv was quite audible. Bed was quite firm so I didn’t sleep super well. Not enough hot water-was trying to wash my face and there was no hot water left.

Great value .
Great value for a decent, basic accommodation. Very comfortable beds. I like the street access for all the rooms. Handy for loading/unloading in the minus 30 weather I had during my stay. Having the "Tim's" right next door is also a nice perk. My only small complaint would be the water . For whatever reason it is almost impossible the get any "lather" out of the tiny soap that is supplied. So showering was "different". Not sure if it was the soap, or the water? Next time i'll try bringing my own soap! I would definitely return here on my next trip.
