Tiny room & long wait lift
The room is way too tiny, lots of residents waiting for lift peak hour, it may take long time to get a lift just to up & down, there is a Lawson convenient store on L2 but longline waiting for the lift & as well as waiting to checkout at convenience store. Not recommended if travel with family or have lots of luggages.

Great hotel. Staff was very helpful. We attended sumo tournament so it was right next door. Quiet area and close to the train station. Facilities were great. Love the Onsen spa. Lawson’s was conveniently located in the hotel. Breakfast was good every morning. Though the rooms were small but that’s expected in Japan.
