Hidden gem
This is an incredible gem in the hectic Shinjuku part of Tokyo. Very quiet. Staff is so friendly and helpful. 30 seconds from the underground and within a couple of minutes to the subway/train station. The restaurant serves pizza to Japanese cuisine. Buses from the Narita or Haneda airports have a drop off that is within a block away. All of my future trips to Tokyo will include overnights at this fantastic hotel.

Nice hotel. Staff was great and they kept it very clean. Only part that we didn’t like was its close proximity to a police station meant you could hear sirens all day and night even up on the ninth floor.

The staff was very accommodating when we requested a larger room which improved our stay greatly. The buffet breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Location was ideal; steps to the subway. Very comfortable place to stay.
