Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hotel was ripped apart for remodel. Breakfast bar served on a piece of plywood. First room smelled of urine and toilet not clean, seat falling off and urine soaked at toilet seat bolts and we moved to second, still style of toilet seat NOT sterile. Brought my own disinfectant and cleaned it myself to avoid moving to a third room. Frugal or attempt to not be wasteful doesn’t even cover the breakfast items, microwave not plugged in until we asked why it didn’t work. Food was fine but put just a few eggs, a few sausages at a time, as used. It all tasted good but so odd waiting for food to come out a little at a time. It appears to be a family run franchise and the room was in poor shape, hallways dinged up needing paint, elevator same, over all completely destroyed appearance in lobby for remodel ? Or were they remodeling as we saw no workers and we were there on a work weekday. We will never stay there again. To bad because we received a discount on food across the street at a lovely pub and grill. The airport shuttle was good and on time. The staff was pleasant enough even with complaint's, but nothing fixable at the time.
