Pool-slide was out of service. When asked staff what was wrong with it, we got told “I don’t know… I just got here!” Shrugged and walked away… the front staff was okay and the food was mediocre.

I would really like to know how long the pool has been 'down for maintenance.' It was a holiday so no free hot breakfast - we got weird bags of snacks. So - the two reasons I booked this hotel were completely mis-represented - total rip off!
