The heavy picture frame above the bed fell on my head and I was injured we notified the hotel staff but they did not even get back to me as said they just didn’t care.

We absolutely loved our hotel room. The restaurant downstairs was amazing with other great choices around. The hotel can be a little difficult to locate on arrival and park to unload. Walking distance from many places.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is a great place to stay . The staff is super friendly. Great location and design. The restaurant for breakfast or a meal is very charming and cosy. Will definitely return to this cute hotel in the center of Milan
