Belle endroit et agréable.
Belle endroit et agréable. À proximité de la mer et de la montagne. Région magnifique. Une vue superbe. Le petit resto à proximité est très accueillant. Seul bémol la propreté laisse à désirer, à notre arrivée, ustensiles de cuisines sales ainsi que de nombreux insectes morts sous les lits. Les matelas ne sont hélas pas confortables. Tous les adultes ont eu mal au dos. Dommage.

Erholung pur
Ein absoluter Traumurlaub. Fabelhaftes, ruhig gelegenes Anwesen mit einem riesigen, schön eingewachsenen Garten - alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und noch mehr... Der Gastgeber kümmert sich perfekt um eine einfache Ankunft und erholsame Urlaubstag. Urlaub vom ersten Moment an, vielen, vielen Dank.

Splendido panorama e totale privacy
Casa splendida su piccola collina totalmente isolata sui quattro lati, ma vicina a minuscolo paesino. Le foto nel sito sono fedeli e mostrano in modo chiaro interni ed esterni. Il panorama è stupendo e si gode di totale privacy. Ben raggiungibile con auto senza nessun problema. Il mare più vicino a Pineto è a circa 20' di auto e facilmente raggiungibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa è in campagna quindi si convive con qualche insetto e qualche ragnetto, ma ovviamente è inevitabile, è la natura. La proprietà ha anche una pianta di fichi eccezionale. Bella l'idea della vasca idromassaggio anche se con una piscina sarebbe stata il top! Raccomandato per chi ama la natura, la tranquillità e desidera ammirare i dintorni abruzzesi, sia montagna sia mare.

Feedback to our holiday apartment
The location and the view from the apartment is beautiful. The mattresses in the beds were bad. We slept on the Couch. The wirlpool was dirty and stinky no one cleaned it before we arrived. In the chimney was trash and the TV wasn't able to get signal. We were only able to watch films with language in Italy and English. The main fuse was constantly blown. Because all major consumers attend a phase like the washing machine, the stove and the jacuzzi, it happened often that we turned on the stove in the morning and we had no electricity .The driveway to the house urgently needs to be improved you can only get to the house with an off-road vehicle

Schöne Villa in wunderbarer Umgebung
Die sehr grosse Villa mit vielen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten (Whirlpool, Tischtennis, Drehfussball) befindet sich in einer sehr guten Ausgangslage für verschiedene Unternehmungen. Schöner Strand bei Pineto ca. 25 Minuten, Wanderungen in den Nationalparks innerhalb 60 Minuten, sehenswerte Bergstädte (Atri, Penne, Silvi Paese usw.) in der Nähe. Es gibt viele ausgezeichnete Lokale in der Gegend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort hat immer gut funktioniert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ceratmente un posto rilassante
Non facilissima da raggiungere. La casa è ubicata sulla cime di una collina, circondata da campi e uliveti. La zona è assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Raggiungibile a piedi (200m) il bar-rosticceria Sotto la Cerqua. Lì ho mangiato i migliori arrosticini della mia vita. La casa è ampia, spaziosa e confortevole. Impegnativi gli ultimi metri della salita sterrata. Non ho un'auto con 4 ruote motrici e quindi dovevo affrontarli con un certo abbrivio. Quasi tutto è perfetto (deliziosa la Jacuzzi), a parte due piccoli dettagli: non funziona il televisore (neanche un notiziario - ma forse questo è un pregio di questi tempi), e il segnale WI-FI è buono solo in soggiorno e sufficiente in cucina e in una delle due camere. Nelle altre camere è troppo debole. Nel complesso la velocità di connessione è un po' bassa. La ragione per le 4 stelle complessive sta in questi due dettagli che sporcano un pochino un soggiorno altrimenti perfetto.

Great place to relax
Very good location with breathtaking view. The Spa pool is lovely. You can use barbecue and play table tennis. Only the kicker was missing ;-) All questions or problems was solved very quickly. It was great time. I can recommend this location for the vacation.

Ottima casa vacanze
La casa è molto bella e spaziosa, come nelle foto. È immersa nelle colline dell'Abruzzo, lontano dalla confusione e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. A 40 minuti dal mare (purtroppo le strade sono un po' dissestate). Il proprietario è gentile e molto corretto, ha sempre risposto prontamente a tutte le nostre richieste.
