This property has definately gone down since our first stay a few years ago. Room smelled like a wet dog. Furniture dirty. We witnessed in the he back of the hotel 3 difft occasions of people that appeared to be camping out. 1 was half dressed with towels hanging over the car, where they had just crawled out of. 1 was a couple with 2 dogs tied to the railing with about 15 assorted bags of stuff. 1 was coming in and out of the stairway door, that should have been locked, late one night when we came home. We felt very unsafe to even park at that end of the hotel, even though our room was at that end. It was not a good experience. I don't even think the hotel staff has any idea what goes on on that end of the hotel. Definately will not be staying or recommending this hotel for any of our University of Central Florida friends.

Every time i travel to Orlando to see my daughter i stay at this location. Its clean ,quiet, service is good and hot breakfast is good as well.

Avid traveler… hotel is dated and rooms are average at best. The common areas are updated. The rooms are run down specifically rm 305 bathroom dirty and moldy. Also the entry room door is difficult to open. I had to report to front office twice before they changed my room. It’s like someone previously broke into room and messed up the door. They are understaffed as well. The lady in breakfast area works fast but a lot of items were out of stock for breakfast. It was so bad guest were helping her replenish items I will not stay at this location again. The current ranking does not match score.

It was good, they need to clean the shower better (mildew) and definitely check the mattress. Ours was very old. Other then that it was good for a short staying.

Nice room - heater problem
Great room, quiet and comfortable except for the room heater - intermittent problem with cycling off and on, reported it the first day and it persistent through our stay so it wasn't fixed - lost a little sleep due to the noise, I just turned it off at 2 am and lived with the cooler room temperature. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bread, juice and coffee. Lots of parking and a safe area.
