The pool across the street from the office right by our condo was so perfect Water temp and the pool itself were great for us The hot tub overflowing into the pool also makes it even better Half of the pool is out in the sun half is covered by a high roof for a light skinned person it was perfect There were nice tables and chairs around the pool and lounge chairs also Decorated nicely with palm trees We were able to enjoy the sunshine and the pool for exercise

The property is old and dated . When you arrive at the check in area you don’t get that vibe until your arrive at your room and you step into 1970. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and had two towels with a note that asked us to wash them . Well we were on vacation and didn’t plan on doing laundry . The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better because there was literally mold around the tub . And the outlets in BOTH bedrooms you needed to unplug the lamps (the light sources for the rooms ) to be able to charge any electronic devices. The building we were in the rooms below us were all people who lived there year round so the parking situation was a little difficult as well because they don’t move their trucks . (But are very friendly ) but I guess you get what you pay for .

When we first walked into our room you could hear our neighbor peeing the door was so thin then everytime we spoke or moved there was a big dog next door that continued to bark. I immediately went to the office and told them my daughter is highly allergic to dogs and we could not stay in the same area . They did not care and did nothing. They said there was no manager available and would not refund my money. We had not choice but to leave

The facility is very clean, great front desk service. Oscar was a great communicator and very kind and polite. You need more front-desk people to facilitate your 4 oclock check in time, as the line was out the door. Other things to do besides the close themes parks . We enjoyed going to downtown celebration and walking the many trails around lakes and lots of wild life

My stay was nice enough, it was very basic and the rooms were not the cleanest when I arrived. My room had a door going through to someone elses room & it sounded like they were in more room when they were speaking so that wasn’t great. The pools were pretty nice. All in all it was a fine stay.
