Cockroach alert
Found a cockroach in the kitchen while making coffee. We ordered a room with two queen beds and got 1 and a pullout. The hotel was 'full' so there was nothing they could do. Asked the doorman where the closest Starbucks to walk to was and he sent me 4 blocks to one that had been closed for weeks.

I think for the price point that the property is at its excellent value. The room is ready for a refresh but it is large and very well played out. Nice little eating area, the mattress was very comfortable and overall it was clean.
