Cheryl and her family were excellent! They were able to give us great advice about Waterton and the area. The activities onsite were fun. We had not expected to participate, but we were so glad that we did.
This was a wonderful, fun place to stay for our trip to Waterton Lakes. Cheryl and her family are very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed just chatting with them a few times. Our kids loved getting a tour of the farm and meeting the animals, especially the goats! They also had a great time with the pedal boat and kayak on the pond. The location is great, just a few minutes from Waterton, and the cabin had lots of space for our family of six! We would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us back that way.
We had a wonderful stay at Cherylâs place! The home was comfortable and spacious. Our kids especially loved all the amenities on the property. It made the whole experience so memorable for the whole family. The only minor issue we encountered was with the water pressure. If multiple people were showering around the same time, the water would run out temporarily. But aside from that, everything else was great. We truly enjoyed our time here.
Five friends travelled to the area to hike and explore. There was plenty of comfortable beds and room for meals and entertainment. We drove into the Waterton area each day for different hikes and tours. It was a great getaway.
We stayed for 2 nights with family and friends. Enjoyed the location and amenities. Cheryl is a good host. We will definitely recommend this property for anyone likes to have a good time.
Great location, very convenient to visit Waterton Lakes National Park.
Hosts are very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help.
Clean, large house with all necessary amenities.
This place fit our activities very well. It was great to be able to all stay on the same property! Cheryl was very responsive and helpful! We loved the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful area.
We had two families together in this place and it is so great for accommodating us. It is spacious and the kids always have a great time. They have hay rides and animals for the kids to see and play with, which is just an excellent bonus.
We had a lot of fun exploring the farm in between day trips to see national parks. This was a great location to be able to visit Glacier (about an hour away) and Waterton (15 minutes away). My kids loved petting the bunnies and kittens on the farm. The hosts were friendly. Highly recommend.
Wonderful location, close to Waterton Lakes. Such a fun spot with goats, rabbits, chickens and horses. Also a fun weaving museum on site. Plenty of beds. The kitchen set-up is basic. Bring food since there are no restaurants nearby. Very friendly host Cheryl, whose family has had the property for 3 generations. Cheryl kindly offered us a wagon ride around the property.
Location was perfect for us - close to Waterton. Tons of space in the unit - had pretty much everything we needed. Unit was very clean. Cheryl is super nice and great to chat with. Knows the area well! The unit is right on the highway so was easy to find. Hooking up seasonal satellite tv might be nice - only suggestion we had.
Spacious and accommodates many people and the beds were comfortable. The ad indicated that the unit had been fully renovated however the only new feature appeared to be the floors and maybe the upstairs bathroom fixtures. Distance from Waterton Village was further than advertised (20 mins not 10). The ad also indicated a high standard of cleanliness however that was not apparent when we arrived. Most surfaces were in need of a deep clean. We were also disappointed to find that there were no smoke detectors or fire extinguishers in the unit and the stove top lacked a hood fan. Some common amenities were not found (no hairdryer) and linens needed a refresh. The use of a bbq was offered however the bbq was visually very old and rusted and looked unhygienic. Overall the unit was not quite what was described but served our basic need.
