"Great hotel, on a side road so quiet for central Paris. Large airy room and good size bathroom. Large windows and has a safe. Nice neighbourhood. Close to Montparnasse and Bon Marche and a great selection of local restaurants and shops. Would stay again"

"Our first night there we had just climbed into bed and all of a sudden we hear the pouring of water. Apparently the air conditioner had let go and dumped water all over the carpet witch my suitcase was close by and wet my clothes and damaged my some of my souvenirs from Belgium. we had paid for a balcony room and they ended up putting us in a handicapped room where the carpet was moldy, and the door was swollen from water damage two days later we were in the common area on the first floor, and all of a sudden we were getting splashed again, looked up and they had another leak. They did compensate us for the breakfast for the rest of our day and they said they would comp us for the first night which they didn’t fully do.. I am not overly impressed with this hotel."
