The staff on reception were very helpful. I did pay €40 for early check in but colleagues who hadn't paid got access to their room before I did which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise a lovely hotel - the staff are it's biggest asset.

Even though I raised up the temperature of the air conditioning, it was somewhat cold at night. The location was very good as it was close to tourist attractions and the subway station. The staff were very friendly.

Great location close to many restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Best part was that a cafe was attached, open most of the day for coffee to-go or dine in. French and yet a bit of a familiar U.S. quirky hotel feel.
