Staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with a reservation that took 6 months to get resolved, The site implied you could get food and beverages however there was nothing on site.

The location of this hotel was excellent! We were able to stroll along Seine, get to Louvre, d’Orsay, Eiffel Tower easily. There were plenty of bistros nearby and the food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Paris.

Here is why...no closet in my room #28...no paper toilet holder(I had to hold the paper in my hand)... soap dispenser in shower broke when I press down ..they shut off water to all rooms as I was on the toilet and did not warn the tenants ahead of time...
