Unhelpful & rude staff, the customer was an inconvenience! Noisy rooms, listened to a couple argue next door all night, the room smelled of sewage. Very poor experience and would not stay in this hotel again

Great location and bed; Okay hotel.

Great location. Close to train and metro, along with great restaurants and night life. Room was small but nice. Not able to control room temp so did get warm at night. Walls were thin so could hear a lot. Road noise not too bad if window closed. Water pressure was great but water temperature was inconsistent going from hot to cold back to hot. Front desk personnel not very warm and welcoming. Only offering in lobby was water but often there was no water or clean glasses. Bed was very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here in paris!!! So convenient to everything from restaurants to stores to the Seine!! Will be back. Tip: get a room with a porch, so nice to sit outside with a glass of vino in the evenings!!!

The hotel area is very well situated - close to Notre Dame and the major sites. Very walkable area. However, the corner block that the hotel is located in is very busy and quite touristy with cheap cafes, souvenir stands, etc. So the street was noisy and busy late into the night, and it may be hard to sleep depending on the location of your room Rooms quite small with minimal decor.

Our stay was only one night but it was very satisfactory. The fellow at the front desk was extremely helpful with everything especially letting us in on the fact that there is an outdoor elevator 2 blocks away directly into the St Michel-Notre Dame train station. The breakfast room was tidy & well-stocked. The room although it had a balcony over the street was very small as per older European hotels. Bed comfy, sheets nice, everything clean but room size just a tad crowded for 2 people. A good little place though.

The location of this property is perfect for walking to multiple main attractions (Notre Dame!!! The Louvre!) and is mere minutes from the rail system. Many eateries of varying levels are within a block or 2 and the Saint Michel area is great for cafes, crepes and people watching.

Our room was small and cramped. Despite that the room and bathroom were clean. The safe was not bolted down so we did not feel comfortable leaving our valuables in the safe. The reception/front desk staff were excellent especially Louis who gave us valuable information about getting around Paris. He was a wealth of knowledge of every thing "Paris" and we are especially grateful to him. The breakfast offered had an array of choices. There are many choices of restaurants and bars steps away from the hotel. Also several small grocery stores within easy walking distance. It is a short walk to Notre Dame Cathedral, the Metro, and most other transportation that one may need. The Hop On Hop Off buses are also close by and within easy walking distance. Highly recommend investing in good walking shoes as there are many cobblestone streets.
