First, the staff who assisted us on our check-in (an older lady ) was not nice and inconsiderate. the place is so outdated and has not been maintained, the shower room tiles are chipped and mouldy.

Location was excellent - close to bakeries, groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and train stations. A walk away from the centre of Montmarte and la louvre. However it was like living in a hostel - the walls were very thin the first nights sleep was terrible as you can hear walking on the floors from other levels and people next door.

The customer service at this hotel is absolutely amazing ! While here in Paris my father fell ill. The frint desk staff were quick to assist and helped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel based on this alone! And the beds were comfy 😊
