The location is close to the metro and staff were nice. However, the hotel is very loud. People are slamming their doors at 1am and you can hear everyone above and beside you. The rooms are also small, nice bathrooms though.

Pleasant stay, clean and tidy with helpful staff

enjoyable 3 night stay at the hotel. Room was big which I wasn’t expecting. Bathroom was clean modern. Good aircon system in the room which helped in the heat. Only downside of the room was it’s thin walls so you could hear every noise, we had a random buzzing going on at various points in the night (didn’t seem to happen during the day), which was a big annoying. Didn’t try the breakfast option as we went out a tried all the different cafes and shops. Lots of restaurants situated close by. Can recommend L'imprévu which was lovely and staff friendly. Close to the metro line which was clean and tidy and good for getting around but your only a 15min walk from the Lourve or River Seine as well.

Excellent stay quiet room

We had a quad room which excellent, big for Paris and very well soundproofed. The bed firm but not too hard. The room was very hot in June on the row of 30+ degree days, the air conditioner struggled, by night the room was comfortable. Housekeeping forgot things like toilet paper but was easily rectified by asking at the friendly reception desk. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety to a great standard, but so many options to try around the area.

Perfect hotel to explore Paris from. Friendly staff, great breakfasts (thoughtfully avoiding the waste hotel breakfasts often generate). Would definitely go again.

The room was ready early. The woman who helped us at check-in was very friendly. Her name was Ruth. Excellent room for a family. Everything was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very spacious. The only issue - there was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The man who helped us at check-out was not kind and seemed flustered. He kept talking to himself as if irritated.
