The hospitality of the staff, super helpful and very informative, clean hotel located in a very safe and quiet area and very convenient to visit many different places near by and great cocktail bar within the hotel! Will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff ❤️

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about how great they were! Water pressure in shower was good. Spa water they provided daily was very refreshing. We'd fill up our water bottle with their water each morning before we went out. Location was convenient to Metro, shopping, dining and ice cream!!

THE BAR WAS NOT OPEN DURING OUR STAY , THE AIR CONDITIONING DIDN'T WORK IN OUR ROOM AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE RENOVATIONS BEING DONE TO OTHER FLOORS. THE PREFERRED DOUBLE ROOM WHICH I BOOKED WAS VERY SMALL ALONG WITH THE BATHROOM. HOTEL WAS IN A NICE LOCATION .

Boutique Hotel in great location

This hotel is adorable and the price is a steal!! Great location near many main attractions. Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

Pros: All of the above, but also the location!
Cons: Nothing! We were perfectly comfortable there.
Location: Metro and ATM around the corner. Cafes, chemist, groceries, bakeries, gourmet stores, clothes, all in one block. Beautiful churches.
The rooms are small, as in most European hotels. But these are very clean, cleaned every day. The modern bathroom is en suite, but off the room entry, so it is quiet, and shields from any outer hallway noise. Hotel itself is quiet. There is a lift, and the windows open. The staff is great--very attentive, the front desk staff speak English. The breakfast, while a little expensive, is great! All the pastries and baguette, butter, jam, Nutella, yogurt, milk, juices, hot milk, coffee, water for tea. Scrambled eggs, hot sausages, cold meats and cheese. Cereal, fruit. All served with china and flatware. Plus, they let me take it on a tray to my room! I have paid more for less!
