Friendly and efficient staff. The honour bar system in the main lobby was great- good selection and pricing. Able to purchase an 'a la carte' breakfast at reasonable prices unlike many hotels that force you into a buffet at 18 to 20 euros. Brilliant!

Has really AMAZING staff all around—everyone is so pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are well laid out and lots of room for putting your belongs out of the way. The only negative is that I was surprised that for a 4-star there were some maintenance issues—door knobs falling off, metal trim around the closets coming off, etc.

The staff was outstanding - especially Florence. She was very friendly, helpful and kind taking time to help us find restaurants, specialty stores and pharmacy in the area. Hotel is beautifully appointed in a great Latin Quarter neighborhood, a block away from the Odeon Theatre.

Great location
The Baume hotel is ver cute and cozy. In a very nice area. Close to metro, restaurants and shops. Very friendly employees. Dulce, was super helpful and overall great with us. Comfortable rooms, small but normal for European standards. Our only complaint is that the room smells like cigarettes, they did try to fix it but it was not pleasant. We had to keep our windows open and it was very cold.
