Pretty courtyard

Beautiful courtyard as in the picture and friendly staff however check in was so slow, not given any instructions regarding Wi-Fi or breakfast so didn’t know where to go on day 1. The room was lovely and the bed really comfortable but the tea, coffee and milk were not replenished throughout the stay. Unfortunately on day 2 the lift broke down which was not ideal as we were on the fourth floor with my 88 year old mother. Reception just said it was disappointing. Limited menu in the courtyard but pleasant. We didn’t find the restaurant.

Good hotel. Bathroom is a little small but to be expected from a Paris hotel. Only odd thing is the setup as the hotel is all different buildings. Challenging when you have a lot of bags and it’s all stone.

The property is located slightly on the edge of the Marais neighborhood, walkable but not a premium location if you want to enjoy the ambiance of the heart of Marais, this is a bit out of bounds. The hotel consists on several buildings, which sounds nice... The positive aspect of the hotel: staff friendliness. The downsides: not well managed, the property lacks basic management, like fresh towels change, efficient check-in (ours took about 30 minutes and there was a 45 minute waiting line...). Cleanliness: the place is somewhat dirty, it is outdated and not very suitable for a cosy time in the lobby or at the bar. The bar and food service is terrible, it is clearly understaffed. The rooms are unconveniently furnished and outdated as well. The gym and spa area also need a major update. We are regular visitors in Paris, we traveled with family, but were disappointed in this hotel.

Beautifully appointed quiet room, with all the amenities, including a dishwasher. Excellent and friendly staff. A full hard breakfast bar! Beautiful Courtyard for outside dining.

We would stay again. Beds were very comfy, our AC got cold -good in June! A few little things: the shower curtain was dark gray so it was too dark in the shower (and it was a bit smelly too). I should have asked for a different one I think they would have changed it. Our particular room was across from the elevator on floor 1 & everyone decides to have a conversation because they think it’s a lobby & they should say bye/make plans etc? Some signs reminding people it’s a “quiet zone” would have helped. Again, I didn’t ask, we wear earplugs when we sleep so not really a big issue just some room for improvement there for the hotel.

We stayed at Les Jardins du Marais, and while the hotel is beautiful, the check-in process was frustrating. We flew in from the US and arrived early—our room wasn’t ready, which we expected. But even after walking around for two hours, it still wasn’t available. At the official 3pm check-in, we were told it would be another 30 minutes… then another 20. Jet lagged and exhausted, my family was nearly asleep in the lobby. At 4pm, after saying we were fine with a technician coming in, we finally got our room and were offered drink vouchers as compensation. The room was worth the wait—spacious, clean, stylish, and quiet. The hotel has a charming courtyard and sits in a lively, local neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, groceries, and pharmacies nearby. Beds were very comfortable, and small touches like robes, slippers, and chocolates made us feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent—fresh juice, salmon, eggs, croissants, cappuccinos, and fruit—with great service. The only big issue came when using our drink vouchers. Staff questioned us, saying they only covered beer and wine and didn’t have our names or room number. A manager got involved, then disappeared on break, so we gave up and left. Despite the bumps, we’d still consider staying again. It’s a beautiful, well-located hotel—but for the price, the service should be smoother.

Dont stay here. Toilette broke first day we were there. rooms are dirty and bare bones. our shower pointed to the middle of the bathroom no matter how much we tried to redirect it. the lights flickered, the safe was locked shut so we couldnt use it, peep hole was stuck open. worste hotel experience ever. we tried getting our money back and expedia said they refused.

The stay was wonderful, and the rooms offered a good amount of space. I only wish the air conditioning had been a bit better, especially since it’s a larger boutique hotel, but it seems like this is a common issue in Paris.

Nice property with great service in a decent location not too far from Key landmarks. The rooms like most in Paris were small and the amenities in the room were above average. The open courtyard and sitting area and dining for breakfast were the highlights. I’d also recommend the location being close to a corner with multiple restaurants and bars, and coffee shop.

The front desk staff was great upon checkin. The room is tired and in need of an update. The furniture is worn and dated. We asked for additional bedding for the pullout sofa before we left the room and expected it to be there upon our return but I had to call the front desk twice when returning to the room. The AC didn't work great...it was set low but in no way was that the actual temp of the room.
