Everything was amazing except for the shower. The pressure was very low. You can barely feel the water coming out.

Clean rooms, great staff, amenities were great but the only complaint we had was that the kitchen and one of the bedroom light flicker on and off when it was turned on.

We really like the 2 bedroom units! However for some reason we always get the handicap suite where the main washroom has a sliding door and exposed toilet! King mattress was also in need of retirement! Worn out on main side/my side!

The staff was courteous The one dislike was, I requested a late check out and was told it wasn't possible due to the hotel being sold out. I wasn't sure what that had anything to do with the hotel being booked, but I had to sit from 12noon until my flight left at 6pm.
