Staff and property were amazing! We got the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfection! Clean, plenty of room, air conditioner worked too well!!! Food options and a casino in walking distance! Our visit was beyond our expectations! Our only complaint….how long the elevators took to get in and out of the hotel!!! Will stay here again!

The way the 2 bedroom suite was split. So there was some personal space was great. Parking was horrible. Even garage was full. Walls are very thin...so keep in mind when using the soaker tub....the running water is very loud.

Lovely place.

Everything was super nice except the dining chairs had spills on them that were not wiped away. And… i definitely left my bracelet and one silver hoop earring there on the nightstand and when i called lost and found, i was told nothing was recovered from the room. Either they didnt really looked for my lost items or someone walked off with them.

The property on the outside was nice, however we stayed in jasmine1203A and it needs updating. Living room couch sits very low and the chair isn’t very comfortable. Kitchen supplies were limited but they give ample supplies of towels, TP, dish detergent, and coffee. Bed was comfortable. Major dislike is that even if room is clean, you can’t check in early without additional charge and during our stay, the elevator broke leaving us traversing 12 floors, 24 flights of stairs throughout the day and the company did not offer any discounts or perks to make up the difference. So, if you have mobility issues, be careful what floor you are placed on!
