I really liked the hotel room. It was like an apartment with all its amenities. You don't have to drive far to find a place to eat either. The rooms were quiet but the elevators got quite busy during check out time. Also parking was hard to find Fri. night because Beyonce was in town.

I have been staying at this location for over 15 years now and renovations/updates to the facility do not look like they have occurred over the years. Things look dated, doors were coming off, resources supplied for the kitchen have not been replaced and were missing (Dishes, pans, and eating utensils). It took three attempts to finally get settled in my rooms as the first rooms assigned were dirty and had not been cleaned, the second rooms smell strongly of backed up sewer, and finally the third rooms were okay, but still were missing items needd for my stay.

Beautiful spacious room and very comfortable. The rates are very good for what you get. I was a bit disappointed the first night as the hair dryer didn't work and I needed it to get ready for a show. The phones didn't work in the room so I had to figure out how to get through to the front desk for help. They sent maintenance up in a timely manner to replace the hairdryer but it was too late for me to get ready so I had to wear a ball cap.

Absolutely satisfied by this property and we’ve been coming to Vegas annually for many decades. We’d never been to South Point before and very surprised as everything it offers (as much as GSR in Reno!). Parking was a breeze but we have a handi-placard. Stayed in bldg 1 and both pools were quite chilly. But it’s also only May so when it heats up it’ll be a nice cool down. The gym was decent but the weight room was very humid and hot. The deli store by the pool is excellent and has a huge variety of items (both food & souvenirs). As for the room- no sponge. No bid deal. No time to enjoy the sunken tub. Darn! Bed was great. Loved the 1king suite. Vanity lighting a bit underwhelming and hard to apply makeup. Everything else was awesome!! We shall be back for sure. (Booo- not wins on slots at South Point. Oh well).

I was beyond pleasantly surprised! I traveled with my two year old daughter, and felt safe during our entire stay! (Each room has double entrance doors for added security) the check in office is a separate building so it was easy to maneuver through and the hotel rooms are split between additional buildings. The rooms were the size of a standard one bedroom apartment, with endless amenities, including in room washing machines, dish washer, ice maker, etc. We had no issues finding parking every time that we left and returned to the property.The casino across the street offers a variety of food options. I would 100% book this spot again, for a great cheap price and the advantage of welcoming staff, this is an A++ property!

OUR GRANDVIEW TRIP HAD A GRAND VIEW

We had visited Grandview a month or so ago and it was a very pleasant change from a typical Las Vegas venue -- the rooms here a spacious and well-appointed with a full kitchen, a real coffee maker and plenty of space to relax -- so we decided to make a return trip. WOW this time it was even better -- Joshua was once again at the front desk and found us a room in nearby building one (the SAGE tower). We had planned multiple trips to the pool -- which was outstanding on our last trip) but the weather conspired against us. Fortunately everything else went superbly -- Joshua was even available to help with my airline-returned-lost-luggage ! Thank you again Joshua and the entire staff at GRANDVIEW !

Room was nice and spacious. The customer service was great. The elevator situation was not good. A lot of angry people trying to push their way in because there were too few elevators. Not enough parking. Had to park off site one night. While we were parked on the property some one hit our truck and took off.
