There is no front desk period. No one to answer the phone if you had an issue. Housekeeping was unavailable. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. This is an old building so you hear every single door open close footstep toilet flush from your neighbors

Nice location in Coconut Grove, but every room is unique. Ours was rather rundown and shabby, especially for the high price. No new towels or any cleaning service during the three days of our stay.
