"We booked our family of 5 in a suite and when we arrived after a long day of travel, they had over booked and put us in a 1- king bed room. We had kids sleeping on the floor. "

"Very disappointed. The pool was freezing and dirty and in the middle of the building site and the whole hotel is only partly built so you’re basically in the middle of a building site and it is so noisy and really isn’t finished to an adequate state even though some of the rooms are. Very expensive considering the state of the surrounding area and you can’t use the pools because all you see is building work. The room was as described and clean and beautiful, but we let down for all the other reasons.. felt very much like a business contract and on the very final day we were told it would be $3 per piece of luggage if we left it in Reception for a few hours and we were told we wanted the room for extra half an hour it was $25 for an extra hours $50 and we just felt with a part of the contract very very disappointed and would not recommend people staying in this area until it is more finished. It will be beautiful in the end but really letdown by this hotel and it was very expensive. "
