The only thing going for this property is the location, balcony views and close proximity to transportation. We had to beg them to clean our room, several days we returned and not even our bed was made. it was exhausting! The night manager told us he would just change hotels, he was of no help. Basic requests were ignored, some staff did not understand English either. Breakfast was horrible, but because of the terrible service and housekeeping seemingly refusing to clean our rooms, we got breakfast vouchers to eat at Hotel Indigo, which was better. We finally got our room cleaned on day 5, and even then, it was not that great. Worst hotel we've stayed, I definitely would not recommend
