Loved my room! Two things: my room felt a bit on the cool side, even with the thermostat maxed out at 76. I thought I felt cool air coming out of the vent (but was too tired to contact the desk about it). The bathroom ceiling fan could use a dusting. All in all, very happy.

Walking distance to Pikes Place Market but otherwise a lot of empty shops and restaurants in the area. Hotel very dated and when we arrived no valet in sight and no staff in reception at 5pm - waited almost 20mins for staff member to assist with check in. Very disappointed.

It's not bad, but it's not great. Smells like an old hotel in places. Staff was nice. Had to pay $35 for parking, so more expensive than other options that don't blindside you with fees. Hot tub was also closed... i really wanted a soak.

"The AC unfortunately didn’t keep the room cool despite being on the highest AC cold setting. The bed was comfy although the blankets were oddly thin.
The parking garage is also quite confusing. There’s not a way to pay for parking before checking in and there’s no places to park before checking in. So unless you find a spot to park despite the parking garage, it’ll be $50 unfortunately.
There were cafes down stairs but the hours were varied and we didn’t eat there. Location is a good spot we felt safe and it was a quick walk to pike place. "
